The Site is intended to provide information about the Parkout mobile application (the "App"). You may browse the Site and access its publicly available content solely for lawful purposes. Any misuse of the Site is prohibited, including any attempt to interfere with its functionality, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or disrupt its availability.

All content on the Site, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, and distinctive signs, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable national, EU, and international intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the Company's prior express written permission.
App Download and Use
Downloading and using the Parkout App is governed by separate terms of use and a separate privacy policy, available within the App and on the respective app store pages. Please review them carefully before installing or using the App. These Terms apply exclusively to the Site.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, nor that its content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

The management and deletion of App user accounts are governed by the App's terms of use. Account deletion requests may be submitted via the App's settings or in writing to info@letsparkout.com, and will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the data retention schedule set out therein.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
